• Tile drill bits are used for drilling into tile and glass.
• For very hard tiles, like porcelain, use a diamond-tipped core drill bit.
• Regular Tile bits cannot drill through porcelain.

• Drill at low speed with medium pressure.
• Water cooling or bit lubrication is necessary.
• DO NOT use the drill on hammer action.
• Use a more appropriate type bit for the material behind the tile (like masonry/concrete).
• Tile bits tend to run or wander on a smooth surface. Minimise this by pasting two pieces of masking tape over each other at the area where the hole will be drilled.
